AEC was selected as the lowest, responsive bidder to furnish all labor and materials to restore and enhance five (5) sections of the North Mill Creek Property. The site was located in the downtown area of Mill Creek, Washington adjacent to the city hall building and the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife buildings. The scope consisted of clearing and grubbing activities, stream diversion in 5 different locations, excavation, hauling and disposal of soils, and installation of 21 root wads and 34 logs which were anchored into the native soils with Manta Ray Anchors. AEC supplied engineered river bed fill material and placed the material around log jams. Site restoration consisted of topsoil placement and planting of over 100 shrubs. The project was completed on time, under budget, and no change orders were required.
