As AEC field manager, Clark Kellogg is involved in all phases of underground storage tank decommissioning and remediation projects as well as service station installation projects. He is very familiar with all health and safety requirements and has a strong understanding of environmental regulatory requirements. Clark is responsible for day-to-day communications with AEC clients, subcontractors and regulatory inspectors during on-site fieldwork. He completes project documentation and communicates with the client on a daily basis.
Clark has spent the last 17 years in the petroleum construction industry. During this time he has managed the construction of as many as 30 ground up service station projects. Clark’s involvement with these projects has resulted in a wide range of experience. Striving for excellence, Clark has completed formal instruction for installation techniques of all industry standard piping systems. He has been extremely involved in all phases of these projects ranging from product line installation, above and underground tank installation and inspection, leak detection system installation, cathodic protection, canopy installation, kiosk and convenience store construction, concrete finish work and project management. He has also been involved in the decommissioning of UST systems, has a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements and is respected by regulatory inspectors.
