Employee Relations Coordinator

Ms. White joined AEC with 6+ years of comprehensive and versatile office management experience. She has performed in various roles over the course of her career including Payroll Specialist, Accounting Clerk, Hiring Manager, and Office Manager. She excels in general office organization practices, bookkeeping, payroll, and employee relations. Ms. White’s responsibilities at AEC include payroll and distribution, recruitment and orientation of new hires, human resources functions, and employee file maintenance. She is also our staff’s primary point of contact and liaison with regard to benefits and pay-related inquiries. Her passion for helping employees and employers create a seamless process from recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and compliance, and work satisfaction, makes her a great asset to AEC.
